Monday 17th May Horse Racing Tips
Blackdown Boy, to our surprise, ahead of the winner when making a promising debut at Salisbury was soon disputing it and had every chance, but couldn´t confirm the form under these faster conditions. Great selections with low odds. Indian Narjes was a popular choice to go one better than her debut but was shegood enough for todays race. her fate was apparent from halfway as she posted a laboured effort. The signs were not good beforehand, though, as she was edgy and played up down at the start, another good selection by our house tipsters.

Saturday 15th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Plume was expected to make a winning return by most but we though differently, It had been hoped that she could be trained for the 1,000 Guineas but she scoped badly and was starting off on her handicap debut here from a mark of 80. She had every chance through the race but didn't capitalise tried too much through the early stages on this step back up in trip. Cape Quarter was an interesting contender on this turf debut and first run since winning a maiden six months ago. After missing the break and racing keenly, he improved early in the straight but could never really mount an effective challenge. When he was held his rider was not too hard on him, and it may be worth giving him another chance.

Thursday 13th May Horse Racing Tips
Gold Heart was in trouble from a long way out. His jumping lacked fluency prior to this racee and throughout didn't really improve.

Wednesday 12th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Elusive Dream looked to be destined for big things after a promising season as a novice hurdler, but after falling in a Grade 1 hurdle at Ascot in December 2008 he has never looked the same. This helps us witht he Lay selection and today was a great opportunity to make money. Storm ProspectIt proved to be not good enough for this stable mate and was beaten to the line.

Tuesday 11th May Horse Racing Tips
Locum who ran 14 days ago and off a lower mark, this was too much for this horse and a great selection  for money making from the low priced lay.

Monday 10th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Lenjawi Pride showed speed on her debut from a wide draw at Pontefract but distance was the question, when third so being housed in stall nine, especially after the non-runners, was of no real concern on this switch to Polytrack

Sunday 9th May Horse Racing Tips
Kells Belle looked fitter than we though she had been pleasing in her prep work at home. She was rather green when she got in front, but too much for the rest of the field.

Saturday 8th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Sam Sharp, narrowly denied off 3lb lower on his reappearance and this was not much a better race, stopped disappointingly 2f out and quickly faded. Good selection and excellent money maker for our members.

Friday 7th May Horse Racing Tips
Cansili Star, bounced out, got the rail, and made all. As with the winner of the first division, he came into this with an official rating of 82,  which was well under for the perfromance given. and readily asserted inside the final 2f. He will find life a lot tougher in handicaps, so watch out for more lays.

Thursday 6th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Rocket Man, workmanlike rather than impressive when winning a 1m2f Curragh maiden on very testing ground last month, is from a yard that had won this twice in the past three years, but was this the race to win, we thought not and were proved correct.  He travelled well enough off the pace, but once off the bridle found nothing.

Wednesday 5th May Horse Racing Tips
Bivouac, successful over 1m4f in his last two visits here and 3lb higher, we thought would just be a stretch too far combined with his longest trip to date on the Flat, but it proved no problemto our surprise. Seize looked the most likely winner when jumping to the front at the last we layed at 1.21 on the betfair.com,  Minouchka was as we thought just too strong for in the final 150 yards.A great selection for our members.

Tuesday 4th May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Mad Professor, On the return, won well at Southwell last time, but got na very different race and a great selection from our selectors. Game Lad took well to the fitting of cheekpieces to our surprise, and was a ready winner, handling the quick ground better than expected. His overall record suggests he´ll probably struggle next time so expect the lay next time out!

Monday 3rd May Horse Racing Tips
Centigrade, who had won his last two starts at two and was expected to make into a smart handicapper this season, collapsed and died of a heart attack, this wasn't quite what we expected but we didn't think the strength was enough to win the race.   Cabal, very well backed for this turf debut but we had to question if this race was one too good on each of her three outings to date. She very nearly refused to jump from the gates and lost around six lengths, but the steady early pace enabled her to make up the ground, not enough to pull it back.

Sunday 2nd May Horse Racing Betting Tips
Dafeef has run well over the winter period over seas, but retrun to the UK flat seaon was laways a gamble, This race didn't go our way, and we were left with the jockey looking over his shoulder for dangers from just inside the last, to minimise the winning distance. Rawnaq He moved upsides his stablemate travelling much the better and when sent about his business he skipped clear to score with plenty in hand. A bad days racing, they don't come round very often but when they do we just need to keepgoing and win back the loses.

Saturday 1st May Horse Racing Tips
Madam Markievicz, Philip Makin had to angle her to the stands´ rail from an early stage to prevent her from hanging left, a trait she had also displayed late on her Pontefract debut and this was one reason for todays selection  She headed towards the centre of the course once Sacrosanctus´s fading cleared the way to do so, eventually forfeiting her lead 1f out. A good selection.  Folie A Deux, up 9lb for winning on his only run for Nigel Hawke last time, was harried for the lead and made a mistake at the second.but this was just too much for today. The result was to our expectation Victory Ide say to our surprise he was just too strong for todays field. A good day we can't get them right all the time.
